We don't have the right to updates. Her right to confidentiality is enshrined in law. Ward should not have told you anything without her permission.

Oh Biscuits I am so sorry you are having such a tough time. I hope this passes soon.

There are so many of us here thinking of you and rooting for you. Keep going. Flowers

Thanks for the update Olympics, much appreciated Flowers

Mumsfret · 19/11/2014 11:12

Agree, Goldmandra. I was attempting to draw a line under the issue as well as to lend support to Olympics, whose update has been appreciated by many, myself included. As I said myself, this is not the time or place for a bunfight. Intentions are all good here. We are all here with the primary intention of supporting Biscuits.

In light of your comments, with which I wholeheartedly agree, I have asked MNHQ for my own post to be removed in case it has an undesired effect. Others may wish to consider the same.

Listmaker · 19/11/2014 11:59

Thanks for the update Olympics - I check in every day to see if there is any news and was getting worried as others were.

Biscuits - joining the others in wishing you well and a speedy recovery. You are amazing Flowers

Thoughts and prayers and love to you biscuits. Heal soon.

olympicsrock · 20/11/2014 11:27

To clarify Bicuits and I have chatted on the phone so I hope that we are friends as well as mumsnetters. This was the capacity in which I enquired but I apologise anyway. I will ask Mumsnet to remove my posts.

Dinglethdragon · 20/11/2014 11:33

no need to apologise Olympics - we are all rooting for biscuits and doing our best to send positive vibes to her across the miles, if you have the opportunity to make her aware of that then I, for one, would love you to do so. You have certainly not breached any confidentiality - we don't even know her name never mind which hospital she is in - so I think some people are people rather overzealous on that front Confused

Legionofboom · 20/11/2014 11:53

olympics No apology needed Flowers

Legionofboom · 20/11/2014 11:58

Mumsfret · 20/11/2014 15:00

Olympics, I have nothing but gratitude for your updates and the vast majority on here feel the same. Please don't feel you have to delete posts.

StillProcrastinating · 20/11/2014 18:32

Agree with the other ladies Olympics. It was really good to hear the news.

Hope today has seen some progress Biscuits. You've always resisted any offers of assistance, but you know they all still stand, don't you?!

PrintScreen · 20/11/2014 18:34

Be just checked thread and am a bit confused. Did Olymics find out how Buscuits is doing? What was the news? Why has it been deleted? I so hope it was good news. Still thinking of you Biscuits.

Goldmandra · 20/11/2014 19:18

Legionofboom · 21/11/2014 09:48
