Hi,

I'm working with Shine Cancer Support to develop a project which aims to fill some of the gaps in services and support faced by young adults with cancer. If you've had a cancer diagnosis in your 20s, 30s, or 40s and could spare a few minutes it would be great if you could take our survey and look at our website.

The survey can be accessed here:
www.surveymonkey.com/youngadultcancersurvivors

Our website is here:
www.shinecancersupport.com/smallc.aspx

Thanks!

Your second link doesn't work.

This may be better: shinecancersupport.co.uk/smallc.aspx
