Hi everyone I have been hiding a secret for years. I newly separated and I have been having dreams of a coworker that I know is a lesbian . She has been really flirting with me for a while now and I really want to see her but I am still a little nervous what should I do

When you say you've been hiding a secret - what is it? That you're gay or that you've been fantasising about this woman?

TBH I would just ask her for coffee and see how things progress. If she really has been flirting she'll probably be delighted to be asked, especially if she knows you are recently single. OTOH if what you're worrying about is that perhaps she's not really flirting/she's only flirting for fun and doesn't actually want a relationship, well, at least you'll know from her response to the offer.

I mean if you really are single and interested in this woman, ask her for coffee...

She might not be flirting, might just be being nice. Plenty of people, women included, mistake me being nice for flirting so tread carefully
