Sperm Donor?

Any other women out there on the hunt for their Sperm Donor?

I am starting to feel at my wits end and struggling to see a light at the end of the tunnel... Pride Angel, TadPole, Co-parenting.co.uk, I'm on them all - but cannot see to find anyone we feel is right for us.

I think my issue is that I would like a donor who hasn't donated to everyone and their best friend before... We have men offering to send it by Royal Mail, having never met us! Not something I wish to receive through the post!!

I would like to find a man who maybe has children of his own, maybe he doesn't, but only wants to help one couple. On top of that, I would like him to have blue eyes....

Please be honest, is that too much to ask for??

We went with the sperm bank with our clinic. Pretty easy. I know people who've used the London and the European sperm banks and they were also fine.

Did you get to meet/speak/see the donor?

May be worth considering a sperm bank. The only people I have known to go down the donor route used a sperm bank.

We used the London Sperm Bank during our IVF Journey. The process covers all the legal aspects etc and despite my DP and I of 7 years not being married she is legally the other parent. It’s worked for us as it protects both the donor and us and our daughter (due in less than 4 Weeks) will know about the donor if she wishes too when she is older.
