How to apply for a barring order?

After years of continual applications to court about the children (which have got him nowhere), my ex has said that he’s applying to take me back to court yet again. His new request is unreasonable and is a direct contradiction of our most recent court order that he consented to just 6 months ago.

I think that his behaviour has stepped into the ‘vexatious litigant’ classification. How do I apply for a barring order to stop from taking me back to court again? I’m planning on being a litigant in person this time around as I can’t stomach the thought of paying solicitor fees again for a court application that is full of nonsense. Thanks

Getting such an order involves clearing a very high bar. Can you get any pro-bono help?

I know it’s not the same, but I’ve read up on barring orders and his latest request (plus his 2 most recent court applications) appear to fall into the ‘vexatious litigant’ classification.

In his 2 previous applications, despite his initial requests, he has ended up consenting to court orders that favour me and has got nowhere with the initial requests. He’s wasted so much time and money for both of us and the children are caught in the middle of it.

What he is asking for now is nonsensical because it directly contradicts what he agreed to by consent at the last hearing just 6 months ago. Nothing about our circumstances has changed in this time. He will get nowhere again. I’m so stressed and tired and my savings have nearly all gone because of his multiple court applications.
