Sex discrimination - job share

I'm being made redundant and currently on the redeloyment register. The perfect job has come up for which I meet all the criteria but it is full time and currently work2 days a week becuase of my young family. I asked if the would consider job share but they said they would prefer to employ one person. Is this indirect sex discrimination?
