please help, very stressed and fearing for safety

my daughter is 6wks old and 4m day 4 her dad has been wantin 2 take her 4 da nyt..he is abusive and threatnin 2 me. I giv him tym alne wid her in my room bt its stil nt enuf an he is demandin 2 take her 4 da day. I wnt let any1 in my hse 2 c her bt av offerd 2 meet his frens an fam outside my hse. He gav my numba out an threatnd 2 bring ppl round 2 cause 'mayhem' i realy need help, hw lng can i keep him 4m avin her overnight or takin her out 4 da day widout me? Im goin bk 2 wrk in september an want my mum 2 av her in da day. He wants 2 av her 3days durin the wk..can i stop this? We brooke up bcs he refusd 2 gt a job while i ws preg so he is hs spent minimul on her. Pls answer my questions, its makin me ill with worry x

and please post with proper full words not text speak

what he has spent on her is not relevant. If he threatens you that is relevant. Tell your Health Visitor.

yes, go and see a solicitor.

Without wishing to sound old and patronising, you would get a far better response (poss from a free family law solicitor) if you spoke in normal ye olde english

You need to consult a solicitor as soon as possible who will be able to fully advise you on your next steps. You don't have to 'hand' her over to him at the moment. He can demand it but you don't have to. As I've already said, you need professional advice.
