I ordered some school photos in March which never turned up.

I tried ringing the photographer who told me to ring later which I did.He then put the phone down and the number was then unobtainable.

Our school no longer use this photographer(the quality was shocking) and in the past I sent 2 packs back as they were dreadful(out of focus).

Anyhow I've had an e-mail back saying they sent the photos but as it's gone 3 months they won't refund or chase the post office. I've never had mail go missing so I'm at this.I thought there may have been a problem with supply so waited until now. The photographer also said because I'd previously send photos back he wouldn't refund or send me my photos.

I rang head office and said we are at liberty to send back photos if we don't like them so this is neither here nor there. The man I spoke to refused to do anything and said to deal with the photographer.

I said I'd be warning other parents and he said I couldn't or he'd sue.

So where do I stand I still don't have my goods???

TIA

I once had one of those little tools sent to me in the post, but someone had taken it out of the envelope on the way. It was sent by ordinary post.

It's possible if they say that they have posted them that you could try and claim from the post office for non-delivery, It's worth a try.

If you paid by credit card and it's over £100 you can claim from the credit card company.

Good luck
