I need to hire a solicitor any Mnetters available?

Hi I'm trying to find a Commercial Solicitor, but they all seem to be busy around here and or massively expensive . So I am putting my faith in MNet and hoping some kind soul can point me in the right direction.

I need a share purchase agreement drawing up and a lease checking over, been quoted £5,000 plus vat (pos more) is that about right. Other option is to get the agreement done through the Legal Document site online and have a notorary witness it, or is that a really bad idea?

Any advice welcome.
