cut a long story short.
ds1 isnt dhs child. but hub has always supported him.
bio dad has never had any contact. ( his choice, it has NEVER been stopped by me)
ds wants to speak to his bio dad, and i have been trying to get contact. bio dad is ignoring all attempts. wont have any contact.
now oh and i are splitting.
oh wont be liable for support for ds1, as he iisnt his dad.
can i now, after 10 yrs go after bio dad for ssupport?
cheers.

Yes you can. You can apply for child maintenance at any time. If he won't pay voluntarily you can go to the CSA. However, any claim through the CSA won't be backdated.
