our non-acrimonious divorce was finalised a year ago and we agreed to 50:50 share holiday home in non EU country but a commonwealth country that follows British law.
unfortunately we are unable to change the lease into both our names (it remains in his)but signed a certificate of shared ownership drafted by my lawyer.

we rented house when not in use by us, sharing income and covering expenses. but we have been forced to stop renting local laws)and my ex dh then demanded i sell my share to him for 25% price he would accept for me to buy him out.

i didn't agree price but agreed we should meet and negotiate. he knows i am planning a holiday to house but he has chsnged the locks and hired private security firm to deny me access!
what can i do?

to enforce the agreement will cost an arm and a leg so perhaps just get on with negotiating your interest but be a hard negotiator. What is your solicitor doing!
