Hi, hope someone can help. Do you automatically qualify for legal aid if you have no income?

hi - i think you have to be in receipt of benefits - ie income support of jsa

Yes, if you are on benefits as sungirltan says. I recently had to use it and I am on IS and therefore HB. Granted no problems.
