can anyone tell me if there is a minimum time that you have to have been back at work (in the same job as before) before you are entitled to a 2nd lot of maternity leave (ie for a 2nd child)and if so what is it? I know a friend of mine had to work for a year but her employer gave way more than SMP so could be different rules.
