Children's Christmas Party

We are planning to host a Sunday Club party near Christmas. Unlike our usual meetings we are charging to cover costs and parents will not be in the church next door during the service ie potentially not available if something happens. My questions are do we need a First Aider? Since we are all CRB checked are we OK to do the above even when it's not normal Sunday Club?

I would say yes to first aider - there are probably rules saying to have to get parents to sign a permission form or disclaimer - which is a sad sign of the times.
