A few days ago I was the front seat passenger in my friends car when another driver hit the back of us. I was involved in a car accident previously, my injuries are still on going. This new accident appears to have aggravated the pain in my neck and right shoulder. My previous claim has not yet been settled. Can anyone give advice on what happens now?
