i bought a pram from mamas and papas in may but didnt use it until july when my baby was born. i bought it on line ( from the M&P website) already i had to take it back to one of their shops for repair and today it broke again.(different problem this time) when i finally got through on the phone to complain they didnt seem interested as i got it online. what id like to know is could i ask for my money back as i cant afford to keep going without my pram and the shop is about 40 minutes drive from me, or how many times must it break before they replace it or when i can get my money back.

Than you for getting back to me. What kind of engineer do I have to get to have a look at it?

Thank you for getting back to me. What type of engineer do I have to look for?

I would look for someone who repairs prams.

@Omar2021 have you tried contacting BabyPlanet yet?
I also bought the Ocarro from BabyPlanet and had two faults with it. Each time I emailed them and they were very helpful in resolving it. The first time they sent me a new chassis frame and the second time sent me a new seat. All I had to do was send photos and video of the faults and they contacted the manufacturer to replace them.

@caramelsauce thank you for getting back to me. Well basically I was at west field and I came across a mama and papa store, so I went in and explained to one of the workers what had happened and had the pram with me too. I wasn’t expecting much since I had brought the pram from a second party. However they actually did do something for me, they took my pram and gave me a loan one to keep temporarily. They said working on 2 weeks I’ll receive my fixed pram in store. Also, I did try contacting babyplanet and as you mentioned they actually got back to me and said exactly what you mentioned, but I didn’t bother since I went in store. It’s a good thing that they were able to help from both sides.
