Companies House stuff - quick question

It's getting late and I'm very very tired and am typing up minutes. Please can you confirm what an 88(2) was? Just checked on the Co Hs website and all of the forms have changed names. Was it the annual return?

It was a return of allotment of shares, the CA 2006 form is SH01.

This table of new forms has the CA 85 names in the far right column.
