DS left due to bullying. I wanted to complain about it and have the panel complaint stage. However school say "complainants who are not parents of a current student" have to use a different complaints policy which doesnt have a panel stage or any governors/trustees involved. The schools policy does say this but I thought this was meant for neighbours complaining about noise or parking not for something that happened to a student at the school.
Is this correct use of the policy as I didnt want it covered up?
