Exchanging Form E where ex on bail and we are unable to communicate

I need to exchange FormE with ex but he's on bail and cannot contact us. No solicitor now involved as cleaned me out on children act proceedings and am now a LiP. Currently CG solicitor (and court if they remember) will serve/exchange documents on either party for those proceedings. There is no third party willing to act as a go between for divorce so how do we exchange? I'm minded to post the documents signed for or similar to him so I have proof of delivery - would that suffice? No doubt he will kick-off and no idea how he will facilitate the other way around ....

For the avoidance of doubt, I have no money now and am in debt so no chance of any paid assistance and no willing third parties to act as go between!

To serve documents, you have to post 1st class, not recorded. They're deemed served the second business day after posting. Get proof of posting. If you also want proof of delivery, send a second copy by tracked 48 (it's not any dearer than recorded, but is more reliable at tracking). However, you don't need proof of delivery for the court to deem it served.

Thank you! Now for how much it's going to cost to print it all ......
