Left abusive ex 8 months ago, no proof of anything; he was awful though sexual, emotional etc

Took me to court and 8 weeks ago final hearing gave him every other weekend and a weekday night

children are 7 and 3

There was a recital for parents to enable FaceTime, he just won't let me speak to them. He hasn't done it once. I have when he's asked in the past but he never asks

both children are really struggling

can I go back to court to ask to make the recital an order ? Will they be cross I've not waited long enough?

Yes have always allowed FaceTime when he has asked and can evidence

I moved to another country when my dd were 2 and 5 and my family, who they had strong relationships with, wanted to FaceTime and I found it quite difficult as my kids didn’t want to sit there and have conversations. My family would say ‘so, what have you been up to today?’ and my dc would half heartedly answer and it all got a bit awkward. We had to resort to playing games over FaceTime eventually.
