I rang my mobile company to get a better deal for broadband . to cut if short after over a hour of different figures she offered me a reduced broadband but also a better mobile deal.included was a pair of airpods and a apple watch. i said several times i don’t need a watch . she even sent a text giving the figures and nowhere did it say a price fir the watch. i received the watch but not the air pods . I rang up and said i don’t feel this deal is right . the woman looked and said you are l paying 20.00 A month for the watch. she had reduced my bills but added on a watch . now when she sent the contract across it went funny and se resent but again. . I would like to know where i stand I am so annoyed and said to the woman i feel scammed.. she said i have been mis fold and said on the first text the woman sent me it clearly states no price for the watch . legal advice is where do i stand do i have to give the watch back orcs. i take it further. i have been really upset about the whole thing

When was this? You have a 14 day cooling off period under the distance selling regs. You can just change your mind in this time.

Call and cancel the contract if you're still within 14 days.

Where do I stand?
You have cancelled the contract so you are ok there.

Do I have to give the watch back?
Yes, if you don’t want the watch you need to send it back.
