Subsidence claim from 2019 still not sorted

Do I have any rights to compensation for the delay? This seems so long…of course in the meantime we are also stuck with insurer and buildings insurance for my flat is 2,500 just for my share.

Unfortunately these types of claims can often drag on for many years. With assessing the initial damage, monitoring the movement over time, rectifying the damage, and then further monitoring to make sure all is now in order...

It very much depends really on what stage the claim is now at, and what the current delay is actually a result of?
