Boundary Plan Notation

Can anyone tell me what the lines at right angles to the right and left boundaries on the pink bit in this photo mean/are please?

Only the deed to which the plan is attached can tell you what those lines mean.

But it doesn't 😥

Then they have no meaning. So, ignore.

That's sad - I had hoped they may be indicators of whose responsibility the boundary walls are...
