Hi, can anyone help
I set up a direct debit with sky but they didn’t advise me it takes a clear 14 days to set up, in fact on the call they said 3 times that it’s set up for the 2nd (4 days time)
the payment failed and I got a missed payment marker against my name on my credit file, I have been battlimg with sky for couple of months to get this removed from my credit file
do I have a case legally?
