I have (finally) been given a date for the CMS tribunal related to application for unearned income and diversion of income. Complex corporate structures involved.
Can anyone advise on the process that I should expect at tribunal including the best way for me to prepare, and the procedure once in there? Especially if my ex is represented (I am litigant in person).
I know I need to send any additional information at least seven days before the hearing.
Any tips appreciated. Thanks!
