Can financial remedy proceedings prohibit sale of family home after a clean break?

Spouse A wants to buy Spouse B out of family home but is struggling to afford it.
If Spouse B offers to buy Spouse A out instead, can Spouse A put anything in place to stop B then selling it later?
Spouses have 50/50 care of school age child.

No they cannot, once to belongs to spouse B it is their property to do with as they wish
