Hi every one I'm new and struggle with Internet. I'm 66 slight dementia.
My husband left 10 years ago. Not seen spoken to him since. It's a joint mortgage I have been paying all debts mortgage repairs on my own.

Last year he divorced me. But his name is still on the mortgage. I have a final order . PLEASE any advice how to get apply for financial order for court. Is there a draft letter any one has I have just retired and don't really have money for a solicitor. Cab can't help

I can't help with your exact question, but if you have a trusted friend or relative, I strongly urge you to get a power of attorney set up now while you still have faculty. It will help you now and in the future. It takes a few weeks to be processed, so the sooner you start, the sooner it will be completed.

-- Now: It means you will be able to have someone help you and represent you in financial (and health if you wish) decisions and issues.
-- In future: if/when you lose capability through your dementia, they can manage your estate and finances to your best advantage.
