So I share a 13 year old daughter and a 2 year old son( there is a no contact order between him and our daughter)
For our 2 year old there is supervised contact once a week and every second Saturday supervised by his mum. He’s created a profile on Facebook impersonating our 2 year old son and putting manipulative slandering posts up(Facebook wont remove them) he has also posted a video of our son on a group which has gone viral over 10k views and comments.
This week I had a phone call from social services to say the dad has made an allegation that I’ve hit our son he recorded our son saying mummy did it (apparently a bruise) I’m so upset and scared at what he could do at the next contact- I don’t trust him and he is very malicious. Do I stop contact and breech the order?
I’ve spoken to an IDVA solicitor and police and there is no support for me. I can’t get a DAPO or non molestation order as he hasn’t done anything directly to me recently, When his mum comes to collect our son for pick up he comes with her, talks loudly, makes his presence known and lingers outside my flat window although he swore an undertaking not to be present (apparently undertakings arnt an order and not that serious)
im so drained and feel like he is still abusing me using our child.

I’d appreciate any advise

Get on amazon and order a few baby cams for use indoors recording every room and buy a voice recorder to use whilst out. Buy a subscription so it saves all the footage. Let him report you again then use the footage to show you haven't done any of it and it's all malicious

I’m not sure this would work as he isn’t present indoors on the OP’s property

Were you getting legal support?

MissCcc · 08/01/2026 19:41

The footage is presumably to prove that the OP has not harmed her child

Back in January social services rang regarding a video that the dad had sent to them our 2 year old saying mummy done it apparently a mark was on his face. The dad has 6 hours contact a week supervise by his mum. I haven’t seen this video but I have many photos across the time he said it happened that counteract that allegation.
I’ve stopped court ordered contact since to protect our son from emotional harm and me He has been turning up outside my flat making his presence known and has called the police weekly 8 times in 2 months to collect evidence that I’m breaching the court order bare in mind he swore an undertaking not to be seen/heard and remain indoors during handovers.
The video report had been closed in January but last week the dad showed the police officer and I had to take my 2 year old son down to the Station for questioning while I had to leave the room(it was absolutely heartbreaking) The police tried to get a domestic abuse protective order which he contested at court and I’ve applied for a non molestation order which he managed to adjourn to seek legal advice. My solicitor is waiting for legal aid to be granted but I get anxiety every week as he’s told the police he will continue to call them every Wednesday.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thankyou
