Apologies for the less than cheery subject on New Year’s day, but has anybody registered an advanced decision to refuse treatment and LPA?

I’ve been looking online and it all seems a bit overwhelming, so will get in touch with a charity to get some further advice, but if you’ve done this yourself or have a family member that has this in place, how have you found the process?

Sorry, wasn’t very clear - how to register the LPA.

I did LPAs for both health and property for both of my parents. It requires a lot of close attention to detail and planning in terms of the order of signatures. But it an be done, you just have to be on the ball.
