We had some building work done and the builder turned out to be a cowboy and left us with a lot (A LOT) of problems.
He’s started a new business with some other people and has used images of our home on his website. There are also images claiming to be his work that are not (reverse image search shows they are stock photos).
I’ve emailed him via the company contact email to tell him/them to remove pictures of my home but no reply and no action. Have I any recourse or is there any way I can help his new potential victims?
