I’m currently going through a legal process with my child’s father regarding his anger issues, abuse and also his cannabis use. The court has granted him visitation two days a week and requires a cannabis test by middle of December. However, Yesterday i was out and was informed he was also out but has been kicked out of a bar for being found dealing cocaine. While I don’t have direct physical proof, I do know people who were present and have a screenshot of a group chat confirming his involvement. I’m concerned about whether this kind of indirect evidence is sufficient for the court and would appreciate any insights or experiences from others who’ve faced similar situations. I’ve also contacted CAFCASS and paused contact for now to ensure our child’s safety.
