i wrote an abuse statement & my ex had until 10 November to respond. He has not done this and we are expected to be at court this week! his solicitor has not followed this up either with my solicitor
I am stressed worrying about what the next steps could be?
Could his solicitor advise him not to write a response or do you think maybe he’s just not going to go ahead with trying for a child arrangement order
