A short one...I had a telephone consultation with occupational health. The consultant basically mentioned that my HR manager has said derogatory things in the referral..do I have a legal right to see the referral?
I feel harassed at work (small company) by the HR manager and I'm raising a formal grievance

What derogatory things have they said about you, ask for a copy of the referral letter a d ask if a copy has been sent to your GP. Why and who referred you to to oh.

Your manager should have discussed with you the reason for the referral and gained your consent , they also need your consent to share the oh asvice/treatment with hr
