Looking for recommendations for a process server who could serve divorce petition on my estranged husband in a North African country. I've already tried serving them to him myself (sent hard copy to last known postal address and emailed a copy to the last known email address). No response. No other contact details for him or his family.
I've messaged him on social media but the messages haven't even been opened.
No mutual friends/contacts.
I've just received a quote of £950 + VAT by www.peopletracing.co.ulk
This seems rather steep, so want to stop around and ask for recommendations of process servers others might have used.
