Contact with my sons

I don't get contact with my sons via local Lanarkshire Care supported living. Since I separated from my husband 2014/2015. My youngest son lives with his father I dont get contact with him either.
What do I do ? Legally I'm married and separated.

How old are your sons? Are they old enough to decide what they want?

We really need more information. What age are your sons, when did you last see them, what are their views? Have you had issues that led to you not seeing them!
