My will has a friend and dd as executor and dd is sole beneficiary. Dd will be sole executor & beneficiary after 25. Condition that she doesn’t receive all fund until she’s 25.
What/who decides what is done with the money if I due before she’s 25?
Do the executors decide where tinputvthr money until dd is 25? Does the other executor have access to it?

You need to speak to the solicitor who drew up the will.

There will be an 18-25 trust probably or in any event a trust until your DH is 25.

Executors are usually also trustees. So that's your DH and your friend. You can be trustee of your own trust although whether that is advisable is another thing. Have a look at the executor appointment and see ifs it says something on the lines that trustees will be those executors that took out probate
(with the caveat that your friend isnt executot if your DH is 25 or older at the date of your death...so there's no trust needed).
