I had to submit a Scott schedule after one of the early hearings in a long, stressful ( now thankfully concluded) family court process where domestic abuse was a leading factor.
I seem to remember being given a week (!) to submit the Scott schedule which was an insultingly short timeframe.
The abuse consisted of coercive control, financial abuse, physical abuse, not to mention the impact that this had on my children.
We ( me and my legal representation) were told we could make seven allegations in the schedule. My solicitor negotiated for us to be able to include ten allegations, and for us to be given an extra week to submit this which was granted.
What really annoyed me now I think about it was that my ex husband had been ordered by the judge at that hearing that he then had two weeks in which to submit his response to my allegations.
He actually took six months to respond and nobody seemed to care.
There was a fact finding hearing a few months later where most, but not all, of my allegations were found to be true.
Hope you are coping well and getting support if you are in a similar journey. Irs really tough x
