So far, he's nit responded to my solicitor. Refused previous offers. Made offers/accepted them then changed his mind. Repeatedly gone on about "doing it properly through the courts".

Failed to attend mediations, not responded to my solicitor, not provided financial disclosure, and still not engaging despite hearing being a week or so away

What happens if he doesn't provide finances? Or doesn't turn up to the hearing? What happens at the FDR if he still does t engage? How does the court make a decision based only on my financial disclosure?

There are various measures the courts can take including making him pay your legal costs. The courts can also assume that his non-disclosure means he is attempting to hide assets, leading to you being awarded a bigger slice of the assets.

If he refuses to engage, the court can proceed without him. Judges can make orders based on your disclosure and the information they have. Non-cooperation usually works against him in costs and outcomes.

Thank both. Its so frustrating, and so far, expensive for me, but not him.
