Can anyone please advise or give thoughts? I am in court proceedings and can’t move children without going through court.
Ex coerced children out of private school. Daughter in teens now has no school place.
I’ve secured her a grammar school place which is in her best interests, where I grew up and am likely to move to.
j can put in C2 for this and say where we are going to live. This requires more thought as I have children in primary. Do I need to give exact primaries? I am far away at the moment.
Due to financial abuse I have no money for a rental. just over universal credit.
I also have NMO and applying for occupation order.
how do I ask for money for a rental when he will say no? He’s saying he’s bankrupt but has spent like mad and got himself a rental.

Do I do D11 and ask for money I need?
do I give up occupation order? Does he then occupy our family home? What do I do with all my contents?
do I accelerate FDA and get a barrister to ask for final settlement asap?
I am exhausted that I cannot do this but he got rental and sorted himself out. There’s lots of abuse
