Hi, I had laparoscopic sterilization last month and during this the surgeon cut my bowel. Im just out the hospital after almost a 4 week stay. Very complicated case as I missed the window by 6 days to have open surgery and repair the bowel so had drains fitted to remove the large pockets of infection that were leaking from the bowel. Still not completely out the woods in terms of recovery but getting there.
Anyway, I sent an email detailing my complaint with the clinic on the 3rd of September due to the injury and also the aftercare that lacked. Their complaints procedure has very little information but was wondering is there a time frame in which they need to reply?
Any info would be helpful 🫶
