Hi I’m currently waiting for public sector CETV figures as pension DB. STBXH also has DB from private firm hence needs CETV also. I’ve been told by a solicitor as values above £100k will need PODE. My question is why bother with CETV, with waiting times involved, when PODE needed anyhow 🤷♀️
