Im currently in family court due to having safeguarding concerns last year. MARU and CAFCASS decided not to investigate them.
The final hearing is due in a few months.
I have now become aware that my ex’s partner has been sectioned 3 times for psychosis. I’m aware she secretly came off her medication. She was also arrested after attacking a man in a psychotic episode and being found carrying a hammer in her bag. She has a history of drug use. This was all published online by herself.
I have requested Clare’s Law with the Police. I have informed MARU of this new information along with a recent activity which was illegal, my ex and his partner participated in with my child…and hers.
My question is….should I be seeking a Prohibited Steps Order here as I’m really worried with this new information. I do not have a solicitor.
