Can anyone tell me if large claims to recover money paid to a tradesperson, ie 50k+ go through the same online court application as small claims? It appears online that it's the same process but it's not 100% clear.
I would also be grateful for any stories of those who have successfully taken a tradesperson to court and recovered the money they lost?
We've got mountains of evidence that the work was not up to standard at all.
I'm being deliberately vague because this is an ongoing and very outing issue. Any input welcome.
