My daughter who is 19 and I went to the police station today to report her partner who lives above her in a flat for prolonged domestic violence we just wanted it on record for now until she finds another property to be safely away from him! When she arrived home they got into an argument and he punched her in the nose! She called the police and he was arrested! This is not the first time police have been called! My question is if he is bailed will he be bailed to his address even though it is the flat above hers? I’ve tried researching online but not finding specific information relevant
