Would you do Finance FDA in his city not yours - worried about biased judge

Excuse the slightly weird title - ex moved to a different city far from the children. They live with me. my dealings with his local police force regarding non mol have not been objective in the slightest.

Now I have FDA hearing coming up soon.

I am worried as I am litigating in person. Are they fair and objective or if he has a barrister, is this feeling like a set up as their judges might be more inclined to favour a local boy with a local solicitor / barrister ?

I want to move FDR to my city after FDA. I have health issues and childcare hence wish to transfer after FDA.

is it best to transfer now and have a London judge rather than his city one and legal team from there?

sorry but I have bad vibes about this

thank you

Ask first if they agree. Stress it's a matter of convenience given you are primary carer. If he doesn't agree apply by filling in a D11 form.

Who moved away? Him or you?

More likely the judge will agree the transfer if he moved away.
