I have a FHDRA hearing on Friday for my son. Cafcass have recommended no in person contact between my ex and our son due to him being abusive.
I am representing myself and don’t think the court have a list of possible terms to go through to decide if they are needed/relevant etc in each case? It seems to be more a situation of if I don’t ask, I won’t get?
I’m not expecting to dictate an order full of petty things, but it’s been a long process and I don’t want to kick myself afterwards for not having something included that would help stop him making our lives so difficult. I am worried that he will double down in trying to control us in any other remaining ways he can think of, if I don’t have an thorough order.
