Any advice please on first steps/procedures as my ex is not wanting to give any set days were not able to co parent any advice would be appreciated

It’s easy to find information online to help you, so to gain a child arrangement order you must first attend mediation, if your ex refuses to go or you can’t come to an agreement, you can then go to court, you don’t need a solicitor if you don’t want/can’t afford but people say it’s best to get one if it’s a complex case.
