Any conveyancing solicitors here?

Any conveyancing solicitors here willing to answer a question on adverse possession for me please?

My own solicitor is on annual leave and I need to check something and the answers on google are not cut and dry.

Is your solicitor instructed in the matter? If so, someone at the firm should be able to help you. If not, ask for the advice of someone else in the firm?

He is instructed yes, but he's a one man band. Just him and his secretary, in a small firm or I would absolutely have done that.

If I have to wait for him to get back I will, but I just thought if there was someone here who knew about adverse possession they may be able to answer a quick question for me and clear something up.

I have spoken to a few people about it and I keep getting 'I think this is right' answers instead of a definitive 'I know this to be fact' and it isn't much clearer when I google.

What’s the question? AdvPos is a specialty of mine
