Not sure if this is the best place but I'm posting everywhere for advice.
How long would a regularisation sign off take? Building/ renovation. Works removed a load baring wall, resited a door and window had planning permission never bothered with sign off in 2017. Have asked seller to obtain, but how long will this delay moving?
Feeling desperate hoping for assurance it's not months long Process.
