A youth club made a complaint about me swearing outside and complained toy company who had me in for investigation meetings. They showed me cctv at least 2 other people have seen it (managers). On the cctv children and parents are clearly visible. Is this breaking gdpr? Also no signs about cctv recording outside

It is illegal for them to have cctv with no signage on display. You can complain to the information commissioner office regarding this who will likely write them a letter. There is a vanishingly small chance the ICO will so anything further like bringing them to court to apply penalties unless there has been serious and continial breaches. However, you can absolutely say the lack of signage is against the law.

The cctv can be viewed by managers as they have a legitimate interest.

If you did swear and are trying to use the lack of signage as a reason to disregard what was seen then you would have to talk to an employment lawyer I'm not so sure on that. You can report them, they will just be told to put up signage. If they comply it won't go further
